Associate Dean of Parents

Your job is to turn that model into movement. You’ll guide prospective families through high-trust conversations, host compelling info sessions, forge community partnerships, and activate current parents as public advocates. You’ll operate with polish and poise, while keeping one clear goal in mind: build a 150+ student waitlist by driving enrollment through advocacy, not sales.

This is an on-site role based in one of Alpha’s launch cities, with local travel and deep community visibility.

Requirements
Based in one of the following cities and available to work on-site with local travel: Lake Forest, San Francisco, or Santa Barbara, CA; Orlando or Tampa, FL; Charlotte or Raleigh, NC; New York City (Manhattan), NY; Fort Worth, Houston, or Plano, TX; Washington, D.C. (Chantilly).
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
5+ years of experience with families in education, outreach, or enrollment
Proven ability to guide sophisticated stakeholders through high-trust decisions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills under pressure
Deep belief in Alpha’s high-expectation, accelerated learning model
