Requirements

The Electrical Maintenance Lead should have finished an apprenticeship. Have a degree in Electrical Engineering.

They should have experience working in a paced environment like a factory.

They should be good at fixing problems and figuring out what is going wrong.

They should understand why it is important to take care of our equipment.

They should be comfortable using computers to track maintenance.

They should be able to work with others and, on their own.

They should take safety seriously. Know about safety rules.

They should be reliable and able to work under pressure.

They should understand how our equipment works and how to keep it running.

Responsibilities

We need an Electrical Maintenance Lead to join our team at Leven. This person will make sure our equipment is safe and works well. They will also help us make improvements.

The Electrical Maintenance Lead will report to the Site Engineering Manager. They will be in charge of making sure our equipment is well maintained and that we are working safely.

They will also work with teams to make sure our equipment is running smoothly. They will make sure we are following all the safety rules and that we are working with contractors when we need to.

The main things the Electrical Maintenance Lead will do are:

follow Diageos safety rules and make sure we are working safely.

Make sure our electrical equipment is well maintained and that we are doing everything we can to prevent problems.

Help the rest of the team get better at maintaining our equipment.

Work with teams to make sure our equipment is running well.

Help with projects like installing new equipment.

Use data to figure out which equipment is not working well and make a plan to fix it.
