Requirements

Education and Professional Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised or leading university, or equivalent professional experience.
• Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced experience is an advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience working within the energy sector.
• At least 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
Strategic and Analytical Skills
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and quantify market opportunities.
• Experience developing strategic plans, defining initiatives, setting measurable outcomes, and coordinating resources to deliver results.
• Strong capability in analysing and segmenting markets to support effective business planning.
Industry and Technical Expertise
• Extensive knowledge of energy industry business development.
• Proven experience driving adoption and growth of technology-based solutions, particularly in high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Strong understanding of energy applications across multiple sub-sectors, including oil and gas and electricity markets.
• Solid knowledge of data centre servers, cloud platforms, and embedded systems.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams such as engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Comfortable engaging with external partners, customers, and content developers.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement and Solution Alignment
• Work closely with customers in the energy sector to gain an in-depth understanding of their business objectives, strategic priorities, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to define and deliver high-value solutions that address both business and technology needs.
Ecosystem Leadership and Connectivity
• Act as the central point of contact for the energy ecosystem, connecting influencers, system integrators, solution providers, start-ups, scale-ups, and enterprise organisations.
Sales Enablement and Demand Generation
• Partner with regional sales teams to generate demand for NVIDIA’s platform.
• Clearly define the customer value proposition and develop core sales tools, marketing materials, and training programs to support sales execution.
Cross-Functional Leadership
• Lead a virtual, cross-functional team of technical, business, and marketing professionals across NVIDIA and its partner network to drive shared objectives and success.
Customer Success and Market Development
• Develop strong customer and partner references, including case studies and success stories.
• Identify and develop emerging use cases to support the expansion of new vertical and market opportunities.
Marketing and Community Building
• Leverage successful customer outcomes to support community-based marketing and business development initiatives.
• Communicate and execute success stories in collaboration with campaign, corporate, and partner marketing teams.
Industry Representation
• Represent NVIDIA at energy industry conferences, forums, and events.
• Actively engage and grow the energy ecosystem by attracting new partners and strengthening existing relationships.
