The HR Manager role is a critical partner to company leadership and team managers, supporting the overall employee experience, shaping company culture, and ensuring compliance with HR-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role, in a tech startup or small company environment.
Experience operating core HR processes rather than designing them from scratch.
Familiarity with California employment law and multi-state compliance.
Strong attention to detail and high standards for process accuracy and documentation.
Comfortable working independently and managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - trusted by employees and managers alike.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
