Landing AI is leading the Visual AI revolution with a platform that empowers enterprises to unlock the value of their visual data. Our platform includes: LandingLens™, our flagship enterprise solution for labeling, training and building deep learning vision models, and VisionAgent™, our forward-looking AI Pilot for developers building end-to-end VisualAI solutions including Agentic Document Extraction and Agentic Object Detection. 

 

We’re looking for a high-impact VP of Marketing to lead and scale our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, brand positioning, and growth engine across both sales-led and product-led (PLG) motions. You’ll bring deep experience from high-growth B2B SaaS companies and a passion for storytelling, positioning, and digital execution. This is not a maintenance role — we’re seeking a builder and strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to scale a marketing function from early traction to repeatable growth.

Requirements

10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including experience as a VP/CMO in B2B SaaS companies
Established leadership experience with a proven track record of operating independently and driving results without close executive oversight.
Strong understanding of the AI space, including current trends and ecosystem dynamics.
Proven ability to build a marketing function from scratch or scale it significantly in a high-growth environment
Strong background in product marketing and positioning in technical and/or developer-facing markets
Hands-on experience with product-led growth and free-to-paid conversion
Track record in developer marketing and building technical communities is a plus
Highly data-driven, with experience optimizing marketing investments for ROI, CAC/LTV, pipeline contribution
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills; able to translate complex tech into crisp, compelling narratives
Experience launching and scaling modern demand gen programs, using SEO, paid media, content, and email
Knowledge of marketing and sales tools such as Hubspot, SFDC, Pendo, Outreach, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
High EQ leader who is collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in ambiguity
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
