Requirements
Located in or willing to relocate to work in-person at our Raleigh, NC campus
Possess a Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing teams.
Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in an educational or developmental capacity.
Proficiency in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Legally authorized to work in the United States
