Lead Generation Specialist
We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on outbound prospecting and building relationships from the ground up. This role is all about the hunt. You’ll be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics, introducing them to Koala Health and setting the stage for productive sales conversations. Success in this role means confidently dialing, emailing, and finding creative ways to connect with decision-makers while uncovering real clinic needs and booking qualified meetings for our Partner Relationship Managers.
Requirements
1+ years of B2B inside sales or lead generation experience, preferably in the veterinary or animal health industry
A true hunter mentality with a passion for outbound outreach and opening doors
Resilient, self-starting, and comfortable with rejection in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with CRMs like Salesforce
