Merger & Acquisition Integration Manage

The Microsoft Acquisition and Venture Success (MAVS) purpose is to be a driving force to enable and protect Microsoft's strategic growth through acquisition/venture diligence and integration success. MAVS provides multi-disciplinary advisory services for all acquisitions and divestitures at Microsoft. We focus on comprehensive due diligence, integration/separation planning, post-close implementation, and deal performance governance with insight, clarity, and adaptable solutions that align people, product, go-to-market, and operational processes. We focus on mitigating risks, building robust integration/separation plans, and driving connections in support of compliance and deal value realization.

Our MAVS Finance and Compliance team is responsible for driving the due diligence and integration/divestiture phases of the deal lifecycle within the finance and compliance workstreams.  As a Finance and Compliance Integration Manager, you will support this critical work to ensure compliant execution. This individual will have a demonstrated history of delivering projects end-to-end, from strategy formulation to execution, and have a track record of success in driving multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a high performing team of fast-paced and dedicated finance and compliance professionals who are energized by collaboration and delivering in a dynamic environment.
