The Digital Direct Sales (DDS) team is responsible for the Microsoft Store eCommerce experience. We create a trusted online destination for Consumers and Very Small Businesses to discover, learn and buy the full range of Microsoft products and solutions. We are searching for a Performance Marketing Lead to join our team!
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing our marketing channel performance across various channels, such as paid media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and email marketing. You will use data-driven insights to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations to improve our marketing strategies. You will have a previous understanding of channel performance marketing, a solid background in data analysis, and the ability to strategize with other team members cross-functionally to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive positive impact to key business key performance indicators (KPIs). Your organizational agility will enable you to educate and influence at all levels of the organization effectively, and develop actionable plans that garner buy-in from stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years experience analyzing marketing channel performance, identifying trends, and turning insights into strategic recommendations.
3+ years experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
1+ years experience with marketing attribution models such as Multi-Touch, Model-Based or similar products.
Additional/Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of tools such as Adobe Analytics, Fabric, PowerBI, AdWords, and social media platforms to gather and analyze data.
Past experience with performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition for a retail organization or agency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
