Requirements

We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team at AXA Health. You will work with our Project Management Office team on a 6-month contract. Your job is to help our Project and Programme Managers deliver projects that meet our company standards. You will make sure our project data is accurate help with governance tasks, track risks and issues and assist with tasks.

Key responsibilities:

Support our Project and Programme Managers to deliver projects that meet AXA UK&I standards

Prepare materials for our Change Governance Boards and programme reports

Use our PPM tool to manage resources set up projects and control access

Track and report risks, issues and benefits

Make sure our project data is accurate and update our SharePoint site

Help new team members get started and assist with financial tasks

Responsibilities

At AXA we want our people to have a balance between work and home life. You will work least two days a week in the office and this may increase to three days a week in the future. You may also need to visit clients or attend events.

Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

You will work time, 35 hours a week over five days.

You should have experience working in a project support or PMO role in the financial services industry. You should be detail-oriented and able to produce high-quality reports. You should be familiar with PPM tools and able to track and report risks and issues. You should also be skilled in maintaining project documents. Have good communication skills.

You should be able to work with processes and have experience with budget monitoring and reporting. You should be able to interpret data and create reports that will influence our stakeholders.
