Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager with a strong sales focus and extensive enterprise connections in Japan. The ideal candidate will be a native Japanese speaker with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and business culture. Reporting directly to the Executive team, the Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in Japan.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, with a focus on the Japanese market.
Extensive network of contacts within the enterprise sector in Japan, with demonstrated ability to leverage these connections for business opportunities.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
Fluency in both English and Japanese languages is required.
