Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager with a strong sales focus and extensive enterprise connections in South Korea. The ideal candidate will be a native Korean speaker with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and business culture. Reporting directly to the Executive team, the Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in South Korea.
Requirements
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the South Korean market to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
Identify and prioritize key business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth, particularly within the enterprise sector.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business expansion and collaboration.
Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and legal, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in South Korea to inform strategic decision-making and market positioning.
Represent Arbitrum Foundation at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
