The IAM Experiences team, part of Microsoft’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, builds the platform that powers Microsoft Entra’s end-user experiences—including My Account, Devices, Groups, Sign-ins, Access, Staff and Apps. Our mission is to deliver seamless, secure, consistent and intelligent identity experiences across web and mobile platforms for every Entra user. We own and operate both horizontal capabilities and vertical experiences that serve as the primary touchpoints for identity management, authentication insights, and access governance. Our team leads frontend engineering for end-user identity scenarios, driving innovation in usability, accessibility, and performance. As part of Microsoft’s AI-first transformation, we are integrating Copilot capabilities into end-user workflows—enabling personalized guidance, proactive security insights, and streamlined access requests through conversational interfaces. We work closely with platform, security, and admin UX teams to deliver a unified identity experience across the Microsoft ecosystem.
